rap bout what you want to say. ask yourself 'what's on my mind?' and rap about it.

if you want to make a song about it you gotta structure/format it, 16bars,hook, etc.

tip on battling: start with something you know of, or are familiar with (like a phrase you've written), and use it in the moment. use it as your lead.

also, use tracks to inspire you. peep some beats www.EscoColumbo.com, and most of all... rap, learn, and rap some more continuously.
