ZedZeRo is near the bottom of the Rap Worlds Hierarchy

Turntablism VS Rap

Which is the more progressive?

Which shows a greater understanding and appreciation for Hip Hop culture?

Which do you enjoy more?

Do you listen to only one, or both?

Debate.

Re: Turntablism VS Rap

Personally, I feel that if you are to look at this question in the sense of progression, you can't really choose "Rap." Don't get me wrong, there have been alot of changes for the better but I don't believe that there have been enough steps taken to help advance "Rap" to a level where it is noticably more progressive. Granted we have alot of great performers and lyricists, but there is still the emergence of artists who do nothing for the advancement for the art of Hip-Hop. This could very well be based on a biased perception but that's me.If you look at "Turntablism," the majority of the individuals who take this art form up has done something to help advance it. Thusly, there is more noticable progression..
